Riding a Trikke carving vehicle involves a set of bodily movement skills familiar to most people, just need to be coordinated in a unique and aerobically beneficial riding technique that translates into momentum on the Trikke. Skiing, Roller Blading or Ice Skating , Bicycling, even Swimming and Golfing all use movement skills that are applied techniques to power the Trikke. Conversely making a Trikke part of your active lifestyle returns stronger skills back to those other activities you enjoy. Want to stay in shape for Skiing or Ice skating in the off season? Learn to ride a Trikke. Want to strengthen the torque in your Golf swing? Learn to ride a Trikke. Feel insecure on Roller Blades? Learn to ride a Trikke. However beware, once you begin to delve into the techniques that motivate a Trikke carving vehicle, you may find yourself so hooked that it becomes a central recreation to your fun and healthy lifestyle.
